STOP Setting Goals the Wrong Way

I used to do goal setting completely wrong.

I would set a target for something I wanted to achieve, and then I would measure my progress toward that goal.

When I fell short I would just get down on myself and be frustrated.

However, recently I’ve shifted how I set my goals.

I still set a target I want to meet by a specific date.

But instead of focusing on how close I am to that target, I focus on the activities that get me closer to that target.

For instance, if I want to have a better relationship with my wife, I focus on spending quality time with her every day. That’s what I track.

Watch this week’s video here to discover how a simple change in the way you view goals can make a massive difference in your business.
