DezignArk places the utmost importance on maintaining user privacy on our website. This privacy policy administrates the use of and describes to you the use of any personal information made available to us when you use the DezignArk website. By accessing and/or using the website in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms of this privacy policy. You must stop using this website and services if you disagree in any way with our policy.

By accepting this privacy policy, you clearly agree to our use of and disclosure of your personal information in compliance with the policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Identity and contact information: DezignArk will ask you to make available identity and contact information, as well as certain other personal information when you register to become a DezignArk user.

Automatically collected information: We also automatically collect certain information based on users’ activity on the DezignArk website. This data is used to conduct in-house research on our broad user demographics, behaviour and interests. With this data, we are better able to understand the interests of our users and provide them with suitable content & features.

Jetpack Analytics: Privacy Policy

Activity Tracked: Post and page views, video plays (if videos are hosted by WordPress.com), outbound link clicks, referring URLs and search engine terms, and country. When this module is enabled, Jetpack also tracks performance on each page load that includes the Javascript file used for tracking stats. This is exclusively for aggregate performance tracking across Jetpack sites in order to make sure that our plugin and code is not causing performance issues. This includes the tracking of page load times and resource loading duration (image files, Javascript files, CSS files, etc.). The site owner has the ability to force this feature to honor DNT settings of visitors. By default, DNT is currently not honored.

As such, we are implementing new options whereby we are introducing the following features on DezignArk:

  1. In our new Privacy Policy, we outline how we use your personal data, who we expose your data to and how long we keep it. In order to use our services, we ask you to specifically consent to it. At any given time, you may verify if and when you have accepted our Privacy Policy or revoke your consent.
  2. Data Protection Officer (DPO). If you have a special request concerning your personal data, you are able to contact our Data Protection Officer
  3. You have an option to start or stop receiving all marketing e-mails from us.
  4. Forget Me. You may request a total erasure from DezignArk. We will delete everything we have related to you upon your request. If you are a member of the DezignArk, you can also choose to delete your account.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

Under the following circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to the under listed third parties:

  • Supplier/Service Providers: We require service providers to perform functions on our behalf and provide services to us. We may share your private personal information with such service providers subject to confidentiality obligations in line with this Privacy Policy, and on the condition that such third parties use your private information only on our behalf and according to our instructions.
  • Marketing: We may disclose your personal information for the purposes of promoting and marketing relevant services to you, in order to keep you informed of services, products, and special offers. Please note that we will not use or disclose sensitive information about you for direct marketing purposes unless you have consented to that kind of use or disclosure.
  • In compliance with the law: We may share your personal information with appropriate legal authorities/government officials if mandated to do so.

Barring these, wewill never knowingly sell, transfer or share any of your information with a third party.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Please note that individuals less than 13 are not eligible to use our website. We will never knowingly collect and/or store information provided by persons not yet of a consenting age on DezignArk.

To ensure a user friendly registration and log in experience, as well as to improve user experience, we make use of the cookies technology. It does not make available to us information beyond what you willingly provide. You may however choose to deny or accept cookies on your web browser.
