Win More Clients With Empathy. How can you become a better designer? Instead of complaining about your clients, try looking at the world through your client’s eyes by using empathy. What Does It Mean To Look At The World Through Your Client’s Eyes? If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change.

By using empathy, you’ll solidify your expertise with them, clearly defining the roles of your engagement.

Why you really don’t want them to tell you what they want.

Is this a client that is a good fit for me? Or am I a good fit for them?
