Phil Harrison established and ran the R & D department for Sony Computer Entertainment America, researching advanced software technologies in graphic rendering, AI, and digital media interfaces. With more than 15 years of video gaming industry experience he is now Executive Vice President, Development. His responsibilities include the international network of external developers creating PlayStation and PlayStation 2 products. He is also leading the organisation into the broadband network era.
