Lightmaker Studio Reimagines the Wall Sconce at ICFF 2019 in New York City
Lightmaker Studio
Lightmaker Studio is exhibiting at ICFF NYC May 19-22, 2019 at the Javits Center, Booth 203.
Toronto, Canada, 2019-04-29 –
Lightmaker Studio, known for their vintage-influenced modern lighting, is launching new wall sconces at ICFF 2019.
The Parallel Sconce redefines the wall sconce with an elevated scale and presence. Glass vessels extend gracefully on a brass framework. Bold but refined, Parallel creates an entirely new form of wall lighting.
On a more reserved note, the Edie Sconce plays with the relationship between two similar forms in hand-blown glass. While retaining a fresh and modern presence Edie balances restraint and exaggeration.
The Betty Sconce is updated for 2019. With curvaceous shapes and a nipped center, Betty is inspired by classic mid-century design. Sculptural mold-blown glass spheres glow in opal opaque, semi-opaque colors or clear glass.
With the intersection of pure shapes and bold color, the Sweetie Sconce is inspired by early modernism. Bold proportions contrast with the subtlety of hand-blown sandblasted glass in opal white with pink or blue.
