Tarek Atoui’s experimental and performance led compositions use a combination of computer generated electro-acoustic sounds as well as man-made and historical instruments.
As part of BMW Tate Live, Atoui created a series of new music performances titled The Reverse Collection 2016 took place daily in the South Tank for the first three weeks from the opening of Tate Modern and was recorded and added to the existing sound recordings to create soundscapes that got richer and more complex over the duration of the show.
