The Sorcerers Shrink is Paul Nakazawa, who advises and coaches leading practitioners and practices in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture and urban design to achieve their greatest potential in practice and in business.
Nakazawa discusses the basic frameworks he employs to help his clients develop their firms, as well as tactics for jump-starting the process of organisational transformation. His business is to develop and position organisations to achieve their greatest possibilities, consistent with their values and professional mission.
Paul Nakazawa serves as a member of the architecture faculty, Harvard Graduate School of Design, and is an architect with extensive international, large-scale project experience. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Masters in Architecture from Harvard University.
