New products by Shin Azumi, Matthew Hilton and Bill Amberg launch at Maison & Objet 2014
Case Furniture
London-based Case return to Maison & Objet to launch three new exciting products from designers Shin Azumi and Matthew Hilton along with a brand-new collaboration with fashion designer Bill Amberg.
London, United Kingdom, 2014-01-15 –
Launching during Maison & Objet in January 2014, Japanese designer Shin Azumi has designed a new chair for Case, produced using 3D plywood technology, which allows the seat to be moulded into a shape, which is comfortable and supportive.
The Loku chair is available with a wood & metal or steel tube base, in oak or walnut plywood and with or without a leather seat pad. The chair was designed for both commercial and residential use providing variations to accommodate the different uses.
Matthew Hilton has designed a new collection of glass tables finished in three different translucencies: clear, bronze and smoke. Connecting the glass panels of the Lucent table at right angles creates an unusual, warm effect as the translucent panels overlay darkening the shades. The top and base panels have a curved edge, made from tempered glass, which mean the tables can withstand the demands of family life.
The new Corral leather chair by the renowned designer Bill Amberg is designed with comfort in mind. The chair is filled with multiple closed-cell foam, which moulds and sculpts to your body enveloping you amongst the soft, sumptuous leather. As expected with a Bill Amberg piece, this leather chair is made from the finest Italian leather, which feels supple to sit on. Corral will also be available in a soft felt with leather trim.
These three new products by British design company Case are available to order from February 2014 directly from www.casefurniture.co.uk.
