MP Rupa Huq on the APPG for London’s Planning and Built Environment.

Rupa Huq, Chair of the APPG for London’s Planning and Built Environment, speaks to Peter Murray about housing, the Green Belt and the planning system.

Filmed at the first meeting of 2017, the APPG for London’s Planning and Built Environment is a group of MPs and Peers from across the political parties that debates the key issues facing the changing shape of London, from quality housing delivery, to the changing shape of the skyline, to affordability of living and work spaces.

Established up by The London Society and supported by New London Architecture and Local Dialogue, the group develops in-depth inquiries on the future shape of the UK capital, drawing together expertise and evidence from the industry, professions and political parties.

This interview was filmed on Wednesday 1 January 2017
