Lemay today announced the acquisition of renowned interior design firm Andres Escobar & Associates. This transaction will further its interior design capability and offer while serving as a platform for the firm’s expansion in the dynamic markets of New York City and the Middle East, where Andres Escobar & Associates has a strong presence and history.

The Andres Escobar & Associates announcement comes just over a year after the Lemay’s acquisition of CHA, MMA, and DAA as well as the creation of its joint venture in China.

This new Lemay entity will continue to operate from its Montreal and New York offices under the name Escobar by Lemay. Effective immediately, Andres Escobar becomes Design principal at Lemay. As creative director for the Escobar Design Studio and valued member of the Lemay Design Team, Andres Escobar will be a key player in Lemay’s growing international presence and will contribute to design excellence across markets and within the larger group.
