Founded by artist Jorge Raedó and filmmaker and architect Eva Serrats, “What is Architecture?” makes architecture accessible to children and awakens their curiosity about space and urban design through videos and workshops. In video format, they share with us the creative, playful and imaginative strategies they use to emphasize the importance of educating our future generations in promoting a more harmonic and responsibly built environment.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
About TEDx
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
