We’re sort of hard wired to focus on negative feedback over positive feedback, so it’s important to learn how to best use what you might consider negative feedback in order to better the work that you do. Sometimes even the most negative feedback can still hold valuable insights to help you improve what you’re doing.
This video also covers how to give better critiques as a designer in hopes of better communicating with the people asking for your opinions. It’s a win-win situation for everyone involved when feedback is both effective and phrased in a friendly manner.
