Mike Biddulph is an urban designer with Cardiff Council.
At the time of this presentation he was Senior Lecturer in urban design at Cardiff University School of City and Regional Planning. He is a Member of the RTPI, a Recognised Urban Design Practitioner and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
