“When we turn our gaze toward the plant kingdom, it gives us information about the composition of our own being.”—Hilma af Klint
Beginning in the spring of 1919, artist Hilma af Klint set out into nature and drew flowers almost every day. For af Klint, close observation of nature was key to understanding not just ourselves, but the entire world around us. So, we decided to follow in her footsteps and look closely at the plant realm.
Come with us as we take a walk through @nybg and immerse ourselves in nature, just like af Klint did.
