Fish — A Dance Film Exploring The Idea of Mortality



FISH is a collaboration between Hong Kong dance artist Max Lee and Singaporean filmmaker Russell Morton, in which the two use the concept of looping and repetition that explores the idea of mortality with fish as the symbolic connection. ⁠

Originally produced as part of Hybrid Motion – a collection of creative encounters between dance artists and filmmakers from Singapore and Hong Kong experimenting with the short dance film form, jointly presented by Cinemovement (Singapore), City Contemporary Dance Company (Hong Kong) and West Kowloon Cultural District (Hong Kong).
