Director Paul Tunge teams up with musician Kim Hiothøy to scope out the beautiful brutalism of Norway’s sublime churches. These vast, sculptural spaces, built during the 1960s, are mostly found in rural areas and in rolling countryside. Tunge explains that, with his film, he wants to “show these amazing buildings in a new perspective, by walking around them like the architects who designed and built them.” He concludes: “This film is a homage to these buildings that we should be treasuring for the future.”
