Paul Quinn is Director of Regeneration, Clarion Housing Group
Daniel Evans runs the Bristol Studio for Clifton Emery design
This is a presentation from the National Urban Design Conference 2024: Towards a New Urban Renaissance.

Paul Quinn has worked in social housing for almost 40 years. The majority of this time was spent on regeneration projects in the former mining villages of North Wales and the English Midlands, where he led regeneration projects in Leicester and the Black County. At Clarion he looks after both the Regeneration team and the Programme teams. Together these teams help plan and deliver some of UK’s most complex and ambitious residential-led regeneration schemes, from the 3000 new homes planned for Merton to a 14 home site in Bromley. He has a particular interest in the circular economy and multigenerational neighbourhoods.

Daniel Evans has over 18 years experience as an urban designer and landscape architect in both the UK and abroad. He has worked on a broad range of projects at different scales from island wide masterplans in the far east to detailed public realm proposals in the UK
‘The Vision for Torpoint’ and ‘Barne Barton Regeneration’ were winners of the Urban Design and Masterplanning category at the National Landscape Institute Awards 2016 and 2018 respectively.
