On June 9th 2026, Crispin Kelly, architect and founder of the award-winning development company Baylight Properties gave a talk as part of the Architecture on Stage series.
A patron to architects including Tony Fretton, Peter Salter, Stephen Taylor and Sergison Bates, Crispin Kelly has proved the most consistently adventurous housing developer to operate in Britain over the past 30 years.
Marking the publication of his new book Collaborations in Housing Design (Lund Humphries, 2026), Kelly will give a lecture that traces his thoughts about domesticity from the intimacy of the bathroom to the community of the porch.
