Dr Catalina Ortiz teaches on the Bartlett MSc Building and Urban Design in Development Course (in London). She trained as an architect with a Masters in Urban and Regional Studies from the National University of Columbia and a PhD in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
