Our environment seems to be becoming increasingly more cluttered with urban matter which appears to have been placed with no serious consideration of context. Using projects and studies by MVRDV from the book Farmax, Winy Maas explores how certain coherences or gravities related to this issue can be analysed.
MVRDV was set up in Rotterdam in 1991 by Winy Maas, Jacob van Rijs and Nathalie de Vries. MVRDV produces designs and studies in the fields of architecture, urbanism and landscape design.
