Woodstock pavilions showcase intersection of “digital and analog construction” | #Shorts | Dezeen

Bethel Woods Art and Architecture Festival hosted its third edition called BuildFest on the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival.

The festival invited students and academics to build large-scale installations that could be adapted for use during a modern music festival. Select installations were used during Harvest Festival, an annual farmers market which took place directly after BuildFest.

The temporary installations are open to the public until 6 October in Bethel, New York.

The festival was supported by Think Wood, a programme funded by the Softwood Lumber Board.
