Wireless London & The AA – Social Exoskeletons

Lecture date: 2005-03-15

The third lecture in a collaborative series of three, titled Wireless London and the AA: Future Urban Infrastructures. Each talk involves a speaker nominated by the AA (from the fields of architecture and urbanism) and another speaker nominated by Wireless London (from areas such as free networking, locative media and the semantic web). The considerations, understanding and development of wireless free networks mirror and supplement many architectural concerns. This lecture series aims to place wireless free networks within the wider framework of architecture and urbanism.

Ben Russell gives a talk about locative media titled Not Free.

Saul Albert briefly discusses the history and notion of a commons. Chaired by Pete Gomes.
