Australian and New Zealand students of architecture have been organising their own conferences since the 1960s, and have landed in every major centre across the region since then.
This year, Agency was the title of the 2017 Australasian Student Architecture Congress, and the NSW Architects Registration Board was proud to support the first congress to visit Sydney since 1999.
It was a real privilege to attend Agency 2017, and in this episode we meet some of the students that brought Agency to life. We reveal where the idea of Congress originated, and explore how Agency came about – and why Sydney this year?
