Medeek Wall – http://design.medeek.com/resources/medeekwallplugin.html
This brand new extension from Nathaniel Medeek allows you to create detailed wall assemblies within SketchUp. Much like his foundation and truss plugins, this extension allows you to create accurate framed walls within your SketchUp models, with a focus on modeling walls as they would actually be modeled in real life. Openings can be moved and adjusted in real time. I’ve heard rumors of a 2D to 3D modeling mode, as well as estimating and engineering features. This extension is still in beta testing, so more information to come in the future!
PlusSpec – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCZkI5_y8ac
This extension is more than just a house modeling extension – it’s an extension designed to bring true BIM to SketchUp. It contains a large suite of building creation tools, as well as tools for creating mechanical and electrical in your drawings, as well as other tools designed for communication of notes, costs, and more. This is a higher end extension targeted at builders, but it’s definitely the first step in bringing true building information modeling to SketchUp.
Medeek Truss – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dKtpJkCn3Cs&list=PLEQT0qjXe6zjImhShRK0_6RScSTsInp0Z
This is actually the third extension from Nathaniel Medeek to make this list, which is very impressive. This extension is designed to create accurate trusses within your model. This is an excellent tool for creating and showing actual trusses – there are a ton of different truss options within this extension. Not only can you add different kinds of roof trusses, you can add floor trusses as well. As you can see, with the large number of options, you can basically model any kind of truss you want!

GKWare Cabinet Maker – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgEhne-g2n4&list=PLEQT0qjXe6zjImhShRK0_6RScSTsInp0Z
GKWare Cabinet Maker is an extension designed to help you quickly create accurate cabinets within your SketchUp models. Basically, this extension allows you to edit every single part of your cabinets, from the exterior style, all the way down to the drawers and shelves on the interior. This extension models the cabinets as you would actually build them, allowing for great accuracy within your model. Even if you just work with Kitchens or Bathrooms, the amount of time you can save having an extension model accurate cabinets for you is a significant time saver.
Floor Generator – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CesTtwd9mPs&list=PLEQT0qjXe6zjImhShRK0_6RScSTsInp0Z
Floor Generator is an extension designed to help you create complex flooring within your models as actual geometry. This extension allows you to create shapes like brick, tile, siding, and other shapes within your model. This allows you to create flooring with actual depth rather than trying to achieve a certain look using textures. You can also use it to apply textures to your materials, which can greatly increase the realism within your model.
