The floors in this luxurious, high-end collection recreate the look of an oiled floor without the hassles of regular oil application and low wear resistance. The new DuraMattTM finish is a highly resistant and ultra-matte finish that brings out wood’s natural beauty, revealing the grain and character marks that make this collection so special. The result is a chic, rustic, superior quality floor.

Created with all the superior traits required to earn the Mirage seal of quality, the DuraMattTM finish provides a matte, long lasting finish that stands up to stains and scratches. In fact, it is 20 times more resistant to wear than a conventional oiled finish. Like other Mirage finishes, DuraMattTM is hypoallergenic and free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and formaldehyde. As a mark of unequaled quality, these floors come with a 35-year warranty against finish wear, a first in the industry for an oil-look finish.

The new floors of the Flair collection are available in four colors: Snowdrift, Sand Dune, Grey Drizzle, and Dark Leaf. The DuraMattTM finish is the third finish system developed by Boa-Franc, manufacturer of Mirage floors. The others are Nanolinx®, created using nanotechnology and launched in 2006, and Alumix®, launched in 1999.
