Following the terror attack in London Bridge that left eight people dead and dozens more injured, concrete barriers have started to be put up along the city’s bridges. Much like the people, the capital has been forced to adapt to these terrible incidents, as Peter Rees, the former chief planning officer for the City of London, explains.
