TEDxJohannesburg – David Sheen – The Future of Architecture

The world is changing at an exponential rate and the way we house ourselves is changing with it. What is the house of the future going to look like? Who will build them? How will it feel to live in one? What will they be made from? How will they be powered? What don’t we know about architecture that’s affecting us and changing the world as we know it?

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.

About TEDx

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)
