Sarah Sze is an artist best known for her sculpture and installation art. In this video, Sze introduces her approach to making art and describes her work ‘Seamless’.
‘Seamless’ was first shown in 1999 in Pittsburgh, USA, and was re-installed at Tate Modern in 2018.
The artwork is inspired by painting and buildings. Using everyday objects such as ladders and lights, Sze blurs the line between their visual appearance and practical use.
