Another shoutout to Nuru Karim and his project called Bookworm. In this example, we’re going through a process of creating this parametric wavy structure in Grasshopper which is, in fact, a bookshelf, hence the name Bookworm. First, we start by creating a single line, dividing it, extruding it vertically and then we start creating the wave. After that, we use a very simple trick with spheres to intersect the bottom lines and get the projected lines on the ground.
