Project Research For Logo Design [EP 6/44]

Starting a design project with a good design brief is really important because it should give us a lot of understanding and clarity on the project context and the design challenge we need to overcome.

However it is common that a design brief will not always answer every single question and give us the answers to everything we need to know.

Typically a design brief will set the direction of a project which sometimes requires a little more research in order to fully understand everything so we as designers can be best prepared and informed to do a great job and deliver an appropriate design solution.

When it comes to logo design, the more we know about the company or product we are designing for, the easier it will be to discover and generate ideas to base our logo design on later in the process.

In this video we are going to undertake some project research to learn more about the subject matter of the project, to get more insight to increase our chances of coming up with some cool ideas for our logo design in the next brainstorming step.

So, let’s get into it!
