Oberlander Prize Forum II: Dakota Keene and Robin Little Wing Sigo

Sigo and Keene discuss concepts of landscape in the context of living culture; place-based interpretation and programming; activism; and the radical act of building trust. Keene, a landscape architect, and Sigo, a member of the Suquamish Tribe, have collaborated on projects including the House of Awakened Culture expansion project and the ongoing Suquamish Village Vision on Suquamish Ancestral Lands along the shores of the Salish Sea in the Pacific Northwest. This event is part of the public engagement associated with the Cornelia Hahn Oberlander International Landscape Architecture Prize and took place on October 28, 2022, at the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, TX.
