NB: Dunster’s paper is plagued by sound and picture interference and is missing a brief section in the middle. In the original conference programme, Rusche’s paper immediately preceded those given by Brian Hatton, Don Bates, and Frank Duffy (unfortunately, the VHS master of this session of the conference is irreparably damaged). Dunster then followed Duffy.
