He became intensively involved in promoting architecture through publications, events and teaching. He became a documentary movie-maker for the ‘2002 Archigram World Rally. He worked in London and later in VERITAS Architects before confining himself as an academician at Universiti Teknologi MARA for 7 years. Mr Wan Azhar Sulaiman developed a design research studio that is rooted on the notions of reflexivity and ‘Design by Chance.In 2005, he established CODA. Apart from working on urban design competitions and branding for Tune Groups’ new products, the works of CODA is focused mainly in constructing budget private residences and small-scale building developments.
