Jean-Louis Missika, Deputy Mayor of Paris and in charge of urban planning, architecture, economic development and attractiveness for greater Paris. One billion euros have been invested in the project to be completed by 2020. A major component is the “Reinventer Paris” contest, aimed at opening the game of urban planning, with the award going to the most innovative possibilities.
