In this tutorial, we will demonstrate how to create a weaving wooden stick structure with the Grasshopper and the Kangaroo Physics. The project in this tutorial aimed at recreating a structure that will have the appearance of Kengo Kuma’s buildings and is inspired by his work. The base of the project is a hexagonal grid mapped on the surface and from its segments, the sticks are generated. Their position is based on Collision and a physical solver using the Kangaroo plugin. For this tutorial, you need to have installed the Kangaroo Physics and the Peacock plugin.
