SWEET POTATO DEVILED EGG RECIPE:
6 Large Eggs (hard boiled)
1/3 Large Sweet Potato (or 1 small one)
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
2 1/2 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
A dash of Hot Sauce
Bacon bits – garnish
Chives – garnish
Salt & Pepper
*makes 12 deviled eggs
