The GUEST, GHOST, HOST: MACHINE! Podcasts are hosted by Legacy Russell and Victoria Sin and were recorded after the Serpentine Galleries’ GUEST, GHOST, HOST: MACHINE! Marathon, 2017, which took place at City Hall, headquarters of the Mayor of London and the Greater London Assembly on 7 October 2017.

Timothy Morton is Rita Shea Guffey Chair in English at Rice University. He has collaborated with Björk, Olafur Eliasson, Jennifer Walshe, Haim Steinbach, and Pharrell Williams. He is the author of Humankind: Solidarity with Nonhuman People (Verso, 2017), Dark Ecology: For a Logic of Future Coexistence (Columbia, 2016), Nothing: Three Inquiries in Buddhism (Chicago, 2015), Hyperobjects: Philosophy and Ecology after the End of the World (Minnesota, 2013), Realist Magic: Objects, Ontology, Causality (Open Humanities, 2013), The Ecological Thought (Harvard, 2010), Ecology without Nature (Harvard, 2007), as well as eight other books and 200 essays.

Fatima Al Qadiri is a Kuwaiti music producer and artist based in Berlin. She has released music as a solo act on Hyperdub, Tri Angle, UNO NYC and Fade to Mind, and as a member of the group Future Brown on Warp. Al Qadiri is also a member of the Gulf-based collective GCC, whose work has been shown at MoMA PS1, Fridericianum, Berlin Biennale and Sharjah Art Foundation. Her writing has appeared in Bidoun, Frieze and DIS.
