Encompassing a hotel, farm, restaurant, and art space, and expanding into a vast rural estate, with the help of farmer-in-residence Emma Galea, the couple have transformed the surrounding grounds into a playground for life and diversity, self-sufficiency, and exploration, sprawling across organic farmland and a majestic cactus garden in which sacred species and psychotropics thrive.
