Standing in a renovated historic finca, nestled between Mallorca’s Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean, Hotel Corazón is the vision of photographer Kate Bellm and artist Edgar Lopez, who have embedded an escapist haven in the island’s towering landscape. Encompassing a hotel, farm, restaurant, and art space, and expanding into a vast rural estate, with the help of farmer-in-residence Emma Galea, the couple have transformed the surrounding grounds into a playground for life and diversity, self-sufficiency, and exploration, sprawling across organic farmland and a majestic cactus garden in which sacred species and psychotropics thrive.
