Jeff Grantz is the director of Dynamic Environments at Design Communications, Ltd in Boston. He is the former owner and director of the creative technology studio Materials & Methods, as well as the founder and executive director of Boston’s Nighttime Contemporary Arts Festival, “ILLUMINUS.” Jeff graduated from Rhode Island School of Design where he later taught in the departments of Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, and Foundation Studies. A bastion of internal conflict, multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist, and corporate provocateur – Jeff has spent the last 20 years avoiding any particular field or focus, but is an expert seeker of creative pursuits, enhancer of human experience, excels in bi-directional candle burning and using business development as an excuse to have drinks with friends.
