The project was commissioned by the developer Tsentrinvest JSC as a presentation material for the sales department of the residential complex Titul under construction on Serebryanicheskaya embankment.
The main objective was to provide the project of one of the few apartments with a terrace in the Neoclassical style. The apartments are designed for a family of four: two adults and two children.
It was decided to make all rooms light, with an emphasis on designer furniture.
