Anthony Vidler explores the idea of utopia as an urban projection which has existed since classical antiquity.

Anthony Vidler is Dean of Cooper Union. He was Dean of Cornell, Professor of Art History at UCLA and Professor of Architecture at Princeton University for many years. He has been a prolific critic of contemporary architectural work some of which is contained in his books The Architectural Uncanny and Warped Space.
