New York, United States, 2017-04-11 –
Architizer, the leading online resource for architecture, announces the winners of the 5th Annual Architizer A+Awards.
The A+Awards honor the best architecture, spaces, and products from across the globe. The full list of winners can be found at awards.architizer.com.
This year, the A+Awards received over 5,000 entries from 100+ countries. A jury-selected winner and a popular choice winner were awarded in each of the 102 categories, with popular choice winners determined by more than 400,000 public votes cast from around the world.
In addition to the Jury and Popular Choice winners, six special awards for achievement will be presented at the A+Awards gala on May 11 in New York City, including:

Over 400 luminaries from the worlds of architecture, art, and design will gather for the gala at Highline Stages in New York City next month.
“The A+ gala is more than just a party. It represents a moment for us to stand up and champion our art, recognizing the transformational role that architecture plays in our lives,” says Architizer CEO Marc Kushner.
In collaboration with its partners, WSJ. Magazine, the Webby Awards and Phaidon, and with support from its sponsors Dupont Corian, Graphisoft, Kohler, Sunbrella, BEHR Pro and Home Depot, the A+Awards gala has become the most sought after ticket for architecture during NYCxDESIGN week.
Digital agency R/GA will also celebrate the winners and NYCxDESIGN with a special cocktail reception on May 10 at their new office in Hudson Yards.
2017 winners from the Typology and Plus Categories will be featured in A+Architecture: The Best of Architizer 2017, a stunning hardbound book to be published by Phaidon in July 2017.
