In 1987 Adriaan Geuze founded Rotterdam-based WEST 8 landscape architects, specializing in designs for public spaces and contemporary industrial landscapes.
Geuze was appointed curator of the second International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam for 2005. In January 2004 West 8 won a competition for the design of a public space on the Bodensee. They are also part of a team involved in the design of the Rotterdam Central Station area. NB: Slightly wavy picture quality.
