Standing at 1,031 feet in the heart of Hudson Yards, this 2.8 million-square-foot tower is a vertical extension of the famous High Line park. In this video, we explore how the “stepping” design creates a continuous ribbon of outdoor terraces that wrap around the building, providing every floor with direct access to fresh air and outdoor space.
