A Matter of Void, featuring Kazuko Akamatsu, is part of Models Talk, a series of three short videos produced by the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) with architectural curator and editor Kayoko Ota, and directed by Studio GROSS, that profiles recent building projects emerging from Japan’s contemporary urban conditions. In each video, one architect leads the viewer through a model that acts as a guide by way of the problems, concepts, and inventive propositions that underlie the work.
Models Talk is part of the CCA c/o program, a series of temporary initiatives that are locally anchored in different cities worldwide.
