This video was shot at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design at the University of Toronto during final reviews on Thursday, December 4, 2014. Graduate students in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design presented their final projects to faculty members, guest critics, students and the general public.
These students were part of the Superstudio, coordinated by Associate Professor Laura Miller, which took the future form of the city of Toronto as its subject. Through the design of an urban project situated in Toronto, students were asked to speculate about the forms of urbanity that the city’s future development might conceivably foster or sustain.
