Aires Mateus (°1988, PT) is a Portuguese architectural firm led by brothers Manuel and Francisco. Their work is characterised by restraint, clarity, and a poetic use of light and space. With their monumental yet understated architecture, they have built a strong international reputation in contemporary public and cultural projects.
