Contracts, questionnaires and invoices are absolutely crucial to your graphic design career. They are essential to the process and maintaining a healthy business. I myself got stung by a client many years ago simply because I didn’t use a contract. I lost out on a few hundred dollars, and there are people ready to take advantage of you. So you need to safeguard yourself with a contract.
