Kumar isn’t new to the methods we now all use to socialize from afar. She has been connecting this way with her friends, her family, and even her colleagues for quite some time. She’s based in California; her sister, in Copenhagen; and her mom and dad, in New Delhi. Online communication has been a big part of her family life since she moved to the United States, but before, she’d always had the ability to freely travel back home. A New Normal is a story about connection, hope, and warmth. An avid filmmaker and a lover of graphic novels and animation, Kumar combines her design and drawing skills with Adobe Aero to bring this experience to life.
