An Illustrator geometric poster design tutorial, brought to you by Tom of Satori Graphics. Iām back with another graphic design Illustrator tutorial; today tae a dive into a geometric design in Illustrator with this easy to follow step by step poster design tutorial. We start off by making a background in Illustrator and then creating the geometric design using shape tools as well as things like the rotate tool. This very design will make up the basis of our Illustrator geometric poster design in todays tutorial.
From there we then take the design and place it into a poster PSD mockup in Photoshop. I have not added that section of the tutorial but it is pretty self explanatory. I have added the link to the poster mockup design below, so be sure to check it out and use it for your very own design.
Todays Illustrator poster tutorial is pretty straight forward and I carry on with my slow but precise method of teaching graphic design here at Satori Graphics, I know how difficult it can be to learn things such as Illustrator and other Adobe software. But moving back to todays geometric tutorial, you should be able to recreate your very own Illustrator poster design after watching the tutorial, but if you do have any questions or issues let me know! I will make another poster design tutorial in Illustrator next week, but I am thinking along the lines of a retro poster design?
